POSTER MOUNTAIN (PM) renders its Evaluation Report for each poster, title card or artwork subject to the following statements, assumptions, conditions and limitations: I) Each Evaluation Report produced by Poster Mountain is intended for the sole use of the individual (client) requesting said Evaluation Report. II) The purpose of the Evaluation Report is for the client to evaluate the authenticity of their property that is the subject of evaluation. III) Poster Mountain is not a certified appraiser of posters, cards or artwork. Poster Mountain makes no guarantee, expressed or implied, regarding valuation or origination of the subject property. IV) Poster Mountain is not responsible for, nor will it express any opinions about previously existing matters of a legal nature affecting either the property being evaluated or the title to it. V) New information obtained during the evaluation process affecting matters of a legal nature will be handled on a case-by-case basis; Poster Mountain is not required to make legally binding statements regarding the materials it evaluates. VI) Poster Mountain assumes that title and marketability of the subject poster, card, and artwork art valid and will not render any such options. Evaluation Reporting: I) Poster Mountain has developed its evaluating opinions based on visual, physical, and microscopic data comparisons to like kind posters or cards of the particular era of manufacture. Poster Mountain has adequate comparable data to support a reliable basis for comparison. II) Any information obtained by Poster mountain from other sources or parties for the evaluation of subject materials are believed to be credible and truthful. III) Poster Mountain will note any adverse conditions observed in the subject property that it becomes aware of during the evaluation process. IV) Unless stated in the Evaluation Report, Poster Mountain has no prior knowledge of any hidden or unapparent physical deficiencies or adverse conditions of the property. Conditions may include, but are not limited to: prior repairs, needed repairs, deteriorations, paper loss, tears, or any other condition that may detract from the property’s monetary value. It is assumed that there are no such conditions and Poster Mountain makes no guarantee or warrantee on any subject material. V) Poster Mountain is not responsible for any such previously existing conditions. Poster Mountain reserves the right to refuse any additional testing that may be required to discover whether such conditions exist. VI) Any drawings, sketches or test results provided by Poster Mountain are included only to assist the reader in visualizing the evaluation and to understand PM’s evaluations. VII) Poster Mountain reserves the right to extend its scope of work to include any additional research or analysis necessarily based on the complexity of particular assignment.
