Conclusion

This is a reproduction printed from an ink jet (non impact) printer in a style intending to replicate an offset lithography process.

Microscopic examination reveals areas of white that display the characteristic CMYK printer pattern spray. Text edges and fine print are blurred and solid colors are not true.
Under a black light the paper fluoresces and shows that the border and title have been airbrushed, and the fold lines have been touched up using colored pencil.

It is folded in quarters. The modern print is attached to a vintage paper backing using either a heat or gelatin process. There are additional patches attached to the reverse.
There is a stamp on the reverser right that reads: "FRANKENSTEIN MEETS THE WOLF MAN 22 X 28". black wax crayon on the reverser reads: "A1654".
